Start the new year with a fresh perspective! Join us for our January meet-up where we’ll dive into a discussion on Digital Detox—a topic every modern parent can relate to.

Every generation of parents faces its own unique challenges, but none quite like navigating the overwhelming presence of technology in today’s world. This month, we’ll explore how a digital detox can help families reset, reclaim their time, and find freedom from device dependency.

Inspired by the insights of Molly DeFrank, we’ll talk about practical ways to take control of tech use in our homes and create a healthier, more balanced environment for our kids (and ourselves!).
